    Produced with a thorough control over the time of maturation and selected plots of the Syrah variety. In the cellar we carry out a long maceration for a greater extraction of “polyphenols” with a controlled temperature. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. We finish aging in bottle for months.
