The must comes from a slight cold pre-maceration of the skins and then drained by gravity; its resulting must is fermented at low temperature, to extract and maintain its pleasant aromas. Getting a great rose wine of teardrop. Beautiful pale raspberry pink color, clean and bright. With a great intensity in the nose, hints of strawberry, slight floral touches. Fresh and enveloping in the mouth with a good balance between acidity and sugar that caresses the palate with a very pleasant freshness. Ideal for salads, pastas, white meats, all kinds of seafood, rice and grilled fish.
