In the cellar we carry out a long maceration of their skins for a greater extraction of “polyphenols” with a controlled temperature. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Finishing its subsequent aging in bottle for months. Cherry red with garnet tones, highlights its good aromatic power, aromas of red fruits and black fruit compote, with slight notes of roasted and spicy. On the palate it is round and pleasant, structured with a good balance, ending with a long and elegant post-taste. In short, a wine of great distance and high expression. Ideal for rice with game, prepared stews and game dishes, red meats and calderetas, and cured cheeses.
