Making using our best grapes of the Sauvignon Blanc variety “French variety perfectly acclimatized to our land”. It is a night harvest, fermented in stainless steel tanks with cold pre-maceration and low temperature fermentation to extract the maximum amount of primary aromas. Pale yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright, very fragrant and fruity, with memories of tropical aromas (banana, mango and grapefruit) ending with elegant floral touches. Fresh and enveloping with a great persistence at the end. Ideal for salads, pastas, white meats, all kinds of seafood, rice and grilled fish.
